Collections

Here at Spellbound, we work in small batches or "collections". They are also commonly referred to as shop updates. They will consist of multiple pieces in our signature and most popular designs. In the past, I used to work a lot with themes for each collection. I now just create pieces that are completely me, with no set theme. However, periodically I will still do themed collections for major ideas or holidays. I typically create a new batch of items every month to 6 weeks or so.

Every time I make one of these collections or shop updates, I will post regularly to my instagram page with progress photos of pieces available for purchase. I will always announce the release date on social media and will consistently advertise it so everyone has a chance to see it. Once the collection is finished, each piece will go on my website www.spellboundjewelco.com where you can purchase right at the release time or after. Sold pieces will show a "sold out" marker on the listing. Any pieces not sold at the time of release will continue to stay available on my website. I will always post a link to my website for easy navigation.

Certain pieces go quickly, so I recommend visiting my website right at release time to get the jewelry you want. When you are shopping, added items to your cart are NOT reserved. There is always a chance that someone could purchase that piece while it sits in your cart. After choosing your items, you will be directed to checkout where you can enter your information and select a shipping method. Standard state-to-state sales tax rates apply.

Shipping

Once your jewelry is ordered, please allow 3-5 business days for your items to ship. If you have purchased a "made to order" item, please allow 3-4 weeks for your item ship. This ensures I have enough time to make your special creation. I always ship via USPS and every order comes with insurance to make sure you are covered if your mail gets stolen or damaged. You will immediately receive a tracking number for your order.

If you place multiple orders, I will happily combine your shipping costs if they are being sent to the same address. Please email me and let me know so I can immediately refund any excess costs. If for some reason you enter the wrong shipping information at checkout, please send me an email and I can get it all straightened out for you.

Once the piece leaves my hands and is in the mail system, it is completely out of my hands as to when your package arrives. Spellbound is not responsible for damaged packaging or stolen/lost mail. If something like this ever occurs, please refer to your tracking number and file an insurance claim at your local post office or online.

Packaging

Each Spellbound piece comes packaged in its own beautiful box for a fun and exciting opening experience. If you order your jewelry as a gift, rest assured that it will arrive to you ready to give. No wrapping necessary!

I encourage everyone who receives these boxes to reuse them for future gifts to eliminate waste. If you do not have a need to reuse them, please be sure to recycle.

Customs

I have a very tight window of time to produce enough jewelry for each collection, so unfortunately, I no longer offer the opportunity for custom work.

Returns

Spellbound Jewelry Co. does not offer returns or exchanges. Please be sure to read each listing very carefully before purchasing. I am not responsible for returning or exchanging jewelry due to it being the wrong size. Please refer to my sections on sizing to be sure you are measuring correctly.

If for some reason, although this would be EXTREMELY rare, your pieces come to you physically broken or not what you expected them to be, please send me an email so we can solve the problem together. Refunds are carefully and rarely considered on a case by case basis depending on the issue. Exchanges are not allowed.

Repairs

I do not do repairs for any jewelry not made by me, and me only. If you have pieces that are not Spellbound and need repair, please contact your local jewelry store. There is too much of a risk involved with repairing anything not crafted by me.

If in the rare case your item comes to you broken, please contact me immediately upon unboxing. I will cover the costs to repair the broken piece.

I have a very strict window for when a piece can be eligible for repair. If something happens to your jewelry while wearing it within the first 7 days of arriving in the mail, please reach out to me via email. I consider no more than 7 days to be a reasonable window for any damage that could have been a problem in the creation process.

If this happens, I will ask for picture proof to get to the root of the problem. I will then decide on a price, if any, depending on what needs to be done. An agreement will then be made between both parties on a case by case basis. Remember, this is ONLY if your piece has a problem within the first 7 days of arriving. Anything after that I consider to be result of heavy wear or poor care.

Sizing

For rings, the best way to find out your size is to go to your local jewelry store. They will be able to use proper ring sizing equipment to get you an exact size. This is a very fast process and it is always free!

For bracelets & necklaces, the best technique is to use a soft measuring ribbon (one you would use to measure clothing) and simply determine your desired size in inches. I highly recommend that you do not guess, and find out your sizes before purchasing. This will ensure you get a piece that fits perfectly.

Remember, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size orders. If you make a size mistake when ordering, please contact me directly BEFORE your item ships and I will help fix the issue. Once the item is shipped, it is ineligible for an exchange. I advise you to carefully review your order before checking out to help eliminate these issues.

If your piece comes to you and is too small or too big, we do not offer the service of sizing any jewelry. Everything is uniquely handmade to a specific size and due to the heavy work I do with different gemstones, resizing is not available.

Jewelry Care

All precious metals, silver especially, need some love and care. I recommend polishing your pieces with a polishing cloth whenever tarnish becomes present. Using a standard jewelry cleaner and cloth can make worn pieces look brand new!

I also advise to remove your jewelry when showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, gardening, operating machinery, using cleaning products, putting on lotion, etc. This will eliminate the chance of it getting lost or broken, as well as preventing any chemical damage or tarnish.

When traveling or bringing jewelry on the go, always put each piece in a separate bag or box to prevent metals and stones from scratching against each other. Trust me, you will be so happy you did this!

Markets & Fairs

I try to participate in as many farmers/art markets, shows and fairs as I possibly can. I will always post when and where on my social media accounts if anyone wants to shop in person. I do offer a different variety of pieces when doing these fairs, so stay updated to see where you can check it all out and try some jewels on!
